Opened in January 2008 White Orchid Bridal Boutique in Swords is already proving immensely popular, attracting brides from not only Dublin but all over Ireland. Word is quickly spreading that White Orchid offers a highly fashion focused haven to all style conscious brides who want an exquisite and innovative wedding gown.

The boutique itself looks like a luxurious walk-in closet where brides can takeover the whole boutique and try on gown after gown in a relaxing and friendly atmosphere.
However it is the wonderful selection of immensely beautiful and uniquely distinctive gowns that White Orchid is becoming renowned for. Proprietor’s Alex and Anne have endeavoured to choose collections that ensure that a bride will not only find the dress of her dreams but one that stays true to a brides own personal style.
White Orchid houses the latest, sumptuous collections of internationally acclaimed designers: Tara Keely, Mikaella, Linea Raffaelli, Alfred Sung, Art Couture and Bellice. In support of Ireland’s home grown talents, White Orchid is also housing the exceptional designs of Tamem Michael and Mia Elmes.
Complimenting the superb choice of designer wedding dresses, White Orchid also carries an inspired collection of delicate veils, designer head pieces from John Frost, Blossom and Vivien Shefiff Millinery and intricate jewellery from Katzi of London.
White Orchid also has two stunning occasion wear ranges: Forever Yours and most recently arrived: the coveted Alvina Valenta collection.
Alvina Valenta by Victoria McMillan is a stunning occasion-wear collection suitable for bridesmaids, evening or party wear. Alvina Valenta gowns are known for their timeless elegance, sophistication and most especially their attention to detail.

I went dress shopping for the first time today and didn't know what to expect.
I went on my own but didn't feel at all as if I was, the two girls were fantastic, couldn't do enough and were very honest without being cutting.

I just have to echo the all the comments below. I had the very exciting experience of buying my wedding dress yesterday!Thanks to my friend 'BellBride' I went to White Orchid. After trying plenty of Bridal shops around Dublin - I felt sooo relieved when I walked into their showroom. I was getting worried because I wasn't enjoying trying on dresses due to packed shops, smelly dresses and kranky assistants.
When I was trying on dresses with Anne and Alex it felt like I'd brought two extra friends along - they were honest, fun and very respectful.
They made a big fuss over my mam and my bridesmaids too and included everyone in the experience.
I can't thank them enough, I felt like hugging them both when I was leaving.
I would highly recommend White Orchid and would wish the experience on all Brides to be!

I just wanted to drop a few lines about White Orchid, It was the one and only shop I visited for my wedding dress, Anne and Alex are two of the nicest, most genuine and professional women I have ever met.
I was so nervous about looking but both their good humor and ability to make me feel at ease made my experience for dress shopping such a pleasure. I was allowed to try on as many dresses and as many times as I liked.
Their studio is immaculate as was their beautiful stock. They were honest with their opinions (even when the dress didn't look right!)and gave great advise. At no time did I feel under pressure to buy my dress from them.
Today I booked my dress and paid my deposit to the girls in White Orchid, and I truly look forward to dealing with them in the future.
White Orchid will be the first name on my lips when recommending a bridal shop to anyone.

I visited around 10 bridal shops in Dublin (as I live there) and I have to say the last shop I went to was White Orchid just off the main street in Swords. I bought my dress from this shop about 4 weeks ago and it is truly amazing, the whole experience was wow.
The 2 girls who own the shop are so accomodating and attentive but not pushy at all, they don't stand over you when your getting changed or rush you out the door because your hour is up. The whole experience in the shop is one that all brides should have, they only see one bride at a time, you can try on as many dress as you like 10, 20, 30 whatever, the dresses are spotless, not covered in tan, makeup and B.O.(sorry but most dresses are). The dress are so unusual and the stock designers the most other shop her in Ireland don't. So your sure to find something very unusal, beautiful and different to the norm.
I told my friend about me finding my dress and sent her along to the shop(her wedding is Oct 08 and I'm Nov 08) and she found exactly what she was looking for.
Just had to share my good fortune with you as I'm so grateful for finding my perfect dress and I think credit where credits due to the girls in white orchid, there bridal boutique and service is amazing.

First shop, first dress!! Fell in love with it. Anne was so so helpful and so nice to me, I didnt have a clue what i wanted or what would suit me. I have since been to a couple of more bridal shops and they have not been half as nice or half as professional as Anne. Thank you. Also I feel having a private place to undress is so important instead of stripping off in front of 3/4 people. White Orchid has a private place to undress.
