Getaway Wedding Cars and Getaway Limos are a well-established supplier of top-end modern and vintage wedding cars. We have had hundreds of delighted customers who have experienced our rare and exclusive cars, along with our faultless attention to detail and etiquette.
We have won many awards for both our service and vintage cars, in 2010, we won the coveted WOL 'Transport Supplier of the Year' award, and in 2011 and again in 2012, we won the Real Weddings,'Transport Supplier of The Year' award. We sincerely wish to thank all those who voted for us.
Our wedding cars range from the sensational Italian Supercar, the Maserati Quattraporte, to a 1920 Buick Sports Tourer, 1923 Ford Model T, 1925 Dodge Brothers Supreme to the latest Chrysler 300c LUX.
The Maserati Quattraporte is a thoroughbred Supercar, designed and built by Ferrari, it features a Ferrari V8 motor which produces over 400bhp, making it the fastest 4-door car in the world. It has an understated beauty and elegance, making it ideal for those who want to impress, but without the flash. Finished in metallic Silver, it features a contrasting tan, hand-stitched, leather interior. It is ultra-luxurious with many refinements, including a built-in Play Station and rear reclining seats that even a Rolls Royce would be envious of!
The Chrysler 300c Lux carries on in the style of the great cars of yesteryear. Distinctive body lines and personality set this car apart and ensure it will never age and always stand out in the crowd.
Our 1925 Dodge Brothers was originally owned by MGM Studios in California and used for VIP transport within the studios.
The 1923 Ford Model T is an original Galway registered car, the first owner being a lady from Clifden. It is a great car for summer weddings where the distance travelled is not great. If the weather on the day does not suit this open car, we can substitute it which one of our other closed cars, if desired.
The 1920 Buick was built for an alleged gangster, 'Lucky' Lucciano, as a wedding present for his daughter.
Our cars come with chilled bubbly or a non-alcoholic drink, if you prefer. Silk ribbons and flowers come as standard with our carsIf time and distance allow, we can bring other members of the wedding party to the church/registry office ahead of the Bride.
All our cars undergo the annual NCT and are licensed and tested by the Taxi Regulator. We are fully PSV insured and carry Public Liability Insurance for your peace of mind.
Our drivers are holders of full Drivers and PSV licences and are confident, competent and discreet in their duties. They present themselves in full suits for your wedding day. We accept all Credit/Debit cards along with PayPal transactions.
