I got my dress! I got my dress!!!! And I got that 'feeling' ur supposed to get when you find 'The One'. Was in floods of tears in the bridal shop!!!!!

Sooo delighted. Went to the Bridal Studio in Drogheda and paid the deposit. Soooooo happy with it. The staff there are fantastic and I can highly recommend them!!!!

hay ladies got engaged christmas day , and have booked our wedding for the 3rd of may 2013 ive the church , hotel, band , car , church singer , done going to do more this week just cant decide on video and photographer to pick there soooooooo expensive and im finding it hard what album i want .

Went to see our band last night (Springbreak) and we totally made the right choice in booking them, thank god. Thought they were brilliant so thats another job done.

Not sure if its just me but things dont seem real yet, I have so much done and even have my dress but doesnt feel as though im actually getting married. Maybe in a few months or more so in the run up to it

hey girls i cannot believe a photyographer turning the nose at a job unreal so dissappointment

Hey everyone just wondering if any of ye have started looking at invitations yet - we're really undecided bout what to go for.

Not really enthusiastic bout making our own, was half thinking of doing a postcard type one with pics of us as kids on the front or maybe a flat one with lace and the colour ribbon to match the bm dresses. Also don't particulary want to spend huge money on them, we have budgeted 400 for them but really dont want to spend that much - prob will need about 100 day invites.

We wont need directions or rsvp either.

Have being putting this off for ages and i know we've a lot of time til next summer but would still love to have ideas etc.

Any words of wisdom for me?

400 is loads, Id say you could do it for a good bit less. Have a look at lants, goldlink and vistaprint, they all have fairly good prices and I dont think you would go over 300 for 100 day invites with any of them...but that could be just what I was looking at. Its worth a bash though

I'm doing my own and will have about 100 invitations done for €50/60, just priced stuff last week. €400 is loads, you'd definitely be able to buy them a lot less than that.
