This has probably been asked before - with with interest rates going up I am getting worried about borrowing for our new house I want to keep pur mortgage at the same (or lower) as we are paying now... just wondering what kind of mortgages ye have.. maybe I am over reacting - we're currently paying 850.00 a month..

ours was 960 or something but with the tax relief we pay 843, not including all the insurances and stuff. we have it fixed at the moment and will probably get it fixed for next year too as i would rather know how much it is each month _________________
