After nearly getting ripped off in Trailfinders here in Manchester we went back to the house and booked our own on the net. Wanted to go to New York, spend 4 nights there then fly to Miami for 10 nights and then back home to Manchester. We get married on a Thursday so we would have had to fly back to Manchester the day after the wedding and then fly to NY on the Saturday, what we've done now with a bit of tinkering is booked a return flight to NY with Aerlingus from Dublin and booked an internal flight to Miami and back to NY seperatley. We've saved ourselves, not only 300stg cash, but the hassle of leaving after the wedding back to manchester and then to NY! So skip the travel agents and take time out to book it over the net! It's what the smart people do

Can't wait.

By the way, we get married in Dublin so we can be with our families so imagine the hangover the next day and having to leave everybody to fly back to Manchester!

we have just done the same, booked it ourselves online, London to New Zealand (www.airnewzealand.com), try it out if you're heading in that direction next year, they have a sale on and we managed to get our flights for �400 cheaper than everywhere else I looked

we just need to buy a flight to and from Heathrow but they're so cheap, to book it online including Dublin would have cost us an extra �700!
