For some reason I got to thinking about the number of people I slept with before I got married and to my shock it came into double figures (less than 20). I feel really bad about it, is this a terrible amount? It was over a 7 year period when I wasn't in a relationship.

Why would you feel bad? Once you enjoyed it and it was consentual on both parts, there's nothing to feel bad about.
Women are made to feel like sluts if they admit to having many sexual partners while men are treated like studs.
It's about time we told men that not only are we entitled to sleep with whomever we like and as many different partners as we like, we won't be made feel guilty about it.

Mine's in the 10-20 bracket as well (not too sure of the exact number!).

So what! Yes, I was a bit of a slut in my younger years, I had some one night stands, I had some great sex, some really bad sex, and one fella that couldn't keep it up (probably didn't help that I got a fit of the giggles in the middle of that one!).

Once you enjoyed yourself & played it safely, who gives a toss!

Mines in the 10-20 bracket aswell, and nearly all were in the first year of university before I started going out with h2B!

Just one and only one who is now my DH.....don't regret it,I feel lucky!

6 for me.....but it was 5 up to last weekend, and it was oh oh oh so good. Now that I'm single again I'm definitley going to get to double figures. Why not, its great fun and as I said before oh oh oh so good.

Sounds like you're making yourself feel bad- why would ya?? To some people being with four of five makes you a slut while others wouldn't raise an eyebrow at 30 or 40.. As blushing said as long as you enjoyed it, thats whats important! Anyway I don't think it comes down to the number of people you've been with but how you've gone about it.

no i am fine with it and am really happy that h2b is my one and only of course i wonder about others etc but i would not act or do anything about it.

So i am 100% content about having 1 partner and do not judge others who have had more then one as already said once they are happy and have enjoyed it.

H2B Is the 3rd...

i wish he was the 1st!

but at least he'll be the last!
