My mum told me recently that in a few years, I can knock a couple of years off my age, so no one need know I'm that bit older. Also, that I shouldn't be reminding H2B that I'm all of *gasp* 3 and a half years older than him!

i can totally hear what you are saying i used to get slagged coz h2b was older then me by 7yrs!!! which was a lot back in the day.

Slight diversion from the subject - H2B told me last night that he wants us to start having babies in 2 years (i.e. one year after the wedding) as my clock is ticking and I only have 3 or 4 good years in me!!! WTF???? I was hoping to leave it for 3 or 4 years, but it seems like we'll have to find a compromise! |

Yes Decemberbride, definitely a compromise in the forward direction! I think 2 years after the wedding is time enough to start thinking about ttc. This is already a big diversion from what I thought a few months ago as I wasn't even that sure I wanted kids at all! |

I am also marrying a toyboy. Four years younger. We met whaen I was 26 and he was 22. I was so pleased to see that I 'still had it'...
We'll be married when I am 29 and he is 25 and we have both agreed to start trying for babies one year after marriage. That way I'll (hopefully) be 31 when the bundle of joy arrives... _________________
