I can not come from penetration (god that is such an embarassing word) and I need to come from external stimulation . Sometimes I'm just not going to come even from that despite our best efforts. This doesn't mean I don't enjoy having sex (I actually love it, once we got over the fact I don't come from it I was able to relax more during intercourse and just enjoy it without any expectations) but if I don't come it really isn't the end of the world. I think it's quality not quantity, so while DH comes more than me my orgasms are very intense and a wonderful experience when they do happen.
