Go to www.avatars.jurko.net
Pick one (must be 80x80 in size)
Right click on the avatar, save as, save to your computer
Come backinto your profile, towrads the bottom of the profile, click browse, select the avatar and submit.

thats instructions for an avatar ye dope
for a ticker : got to tickerfactory.com or snugglepie.com or lafemmebonita.com - follow the instructions for creating a ticker and once they give you the code - copy the bcc code and paste it into signature section of your profile and submit

yeah I just cannot do it - I've set it up on Tciker factory but I can not see where you put in the Bcc code???? _________________
