Agree with RedFraggleathome - I wouldnt expect to pay much at all for a 4 year old computer - maybe 50 - 10 YoYos

Yeah, you'd be lucky to get anything for it. If you find a geek thats looking for parts, they might give you 20 quid.

Those can't be given away at the moment, unfortunately. It's a sickener, but if it hasn't been upgraded since it was bought, best bet is selling it for parts alright.

Sorry....misread entirely....thought you'd paid 2k for it 4 years ago.

Go back to whoever you bought it from and return it asap.
If it had a large flatscreen it might be worth a hundred quid, but that's about it. You've been suckered in completely.

I think it was bought 4 years ago, no?

I paid 2.5k iep (about 3200euro) about 5 years ago for a laptop thats now being used as a paperweight...its amazing how much PCs have come down in price.

Put it on BUy &Sell and see if there are any takers

Sorry....it has been a long day.

Upgrading is really something that needs to be done along the way.
What kind of memory and HD have you in it at the moment?
