Do all good make up artists use primer? Was given a tip to pat your makeup (after powder, eyeshadow etc) with a damp sponge (nearly dry) and this will set makeup. Can you comment? Also, what foundations do you recommend?

Hi, I am booking a photographer who is not a member of the Irish Professional Photographers Association. He lives in Ireland and is a member of large European professional photography body. He said that the IPPA does not provide a complete listing of professionals in Ireland but only those that are members of that body. Is this true? His work is very very good and his approach is very professional but I am confused about your advice that the IPPA lists all professional photographers?

Hello! I am having some trouble with my top table seating arrangement. I have 2 bridesmaids and my h2b has 2 best men but also has an usher.. My h2b parents are divorced and have not spoken or seen each other in 15 years. His mum has remarried but not his dad. What do you think is the best seating arrangement here. My parents are helping with the finance so I feel it would be unfair to omit them from the top table. Also where is best for the usher to sit?

After years of studying, working as a freelancer and plenty of research, Mark and I set up Reel Dream Productions Ltd T/A Modern Video Techniques. That was over 10 years ago now and we�ve never looked back. Filming a wedding is in my opinion a real privilege, being the person responsible for capturing the intense memories of a wedding day is what keeps a good videographer on their toes; it�s a live event, a one off celebration and the most important day in two peoples� lives.

Through WOL I hope to be able to assist as many Brides and Grooms with their quest to find the right videographer for them and respond to any queries you may have along the way.
