Their large and varied repertoire together with their versatility has made them one of the most popular Duos in the country today, performing music ranging from ‘The FlowerDuet’, ‘Pie Jesu’‘Ave Maria’, to more contemporary pieces such as ‘The Rose’, ‘Nella Fantasia’, to name but a few, all beautifully harmonised. Wherever you choose to celebrate your big day, Church, Civic Venue, Hotel or your Home, their vast stage and performance experience enables this exciting Duo to adapt to any style, choice or liturgical persuasion. Organists, accompanists or other musicians can also be engaged by Kathryn & Antoinette.
| As well as performing as a unit, Antoinette & Kathryn are well established individual Artistes. Antoinette has performed at the National Concert Hall, the Gaiety Theatre and numerous countrywide venues. She has been guest soloist and played many Roles with Musical Groups and Choirs throughout Ireland including Lyric Opera Productions, Jim Molloy Productions & regularly with the Artane Senior Band. She spent many years in the US where her popularity as a concert performer took her the length and breath of the country. Kathryn is also a frequent performer at the NCH and other major venues and is considered one of Ireland’s most popular artists. She has sung many principal Roles in opera & musicals throughout Europe and the world. In 2002 Kathryn made her Carnegie Hall debut when sheplayed principal Soprano Roles in the Irish Ring Operas. She was also honoured by the Vocal Heritage Society of Ireland with The Margaret Burke Sheridan Award, for her contribution to Singing in Ireland. Kathryn is noted for her performances with major opera companies, orchestras and Musical Groups in Ireland. Also in demand as a Singing Teacher, she has been teaching at the Leinster School of Music, Griffith College for 14 years. Kathyrn also runs her own very successful Singing Academy. |
