We've been in Sinatra' a few weekends after it opened and we had a great night. There is a large heated beer garden outside and then the club itself isn't huge but is very good - music was great and good crowd there as well. Sinatra's is also much better then the Stores - the only other club in Wexford really - its across the road from the Sinatra's which is much bigger but is always jammed and you just can't move in it.
I'd def do Sinatras. (Unfortunately I can't find a number for it).
Also plenty of good restaurants in Wexford town - Thai Restaurant "The Vine" is great.
