My new Morphy Richards Iron tripped the whole house out last night,my head is .It's only 2 months old,I bought it in Roches Stores and cant find my guarantee/receipt...Could I possibly bring it back to Debenhams now as they have taken it over?thanks

don't know as your receipt is your garuntee.
my iron was doing that and my leccy BIL told me to get rid as it happened a few times - he checked the plug and it wasn't that
i just bought a new one - though my old one was about 2 years old
be careful about using it if it happens again.

I won't work at all so all I can do is buy a new one
Had to buy a new kettle 2 wks ago too,everything together

It might not just be the irons fault
Would it be the case that there was too many appliances on at the same time?

Thought that too as the washing machine was on but tried it when it was finished and everything tripped.My dad checked the plug too,piece of shite
