i am in shock the hotpoint dishwasher went on the blink , 14 mths after we get it , 99 euro callout fee for engineer , isn't that a rip off , the guarantee was only 12mths

i am disgusted ..

and they do not call out on saturdays

Yeah it is a rip off. It cost me 130 euro to get a new battery in my house alarm!

i'm still walking around the office here muttering "99 euro ..!"

its redick alright

but better than the marigold i suppose , i never realised how much i depend on that dishwasher !

I would be straight on the the manufacturers demanding that it be fixed for free - it's only 2 months out of warrenty and it shouldn't have to be repaired already.
