hi veeinoz thanks for those numbers just emailed them. i dont have a playlist i heard them at a gaa dinner dance and we danced all nite and there were just brilliant. i was even going to get two members of the band to play the music at my church. thats how much i like them. how are your wedding plans coming along. mine is very slow but ive another 11 mths and im not one to panic.

plans are coming on ok. would be great if we had a nice day in may in crover so that we could get some nice photos and the guests could enjoy the scenery. still have to sort out the bridesmaid's dress and mens suits. once i got my dress i relaxed a bit!! have to sort out the invitations soon. want to get the first invitations out at christmas for the overseas guests. it will all work out. don't want to freak out about anything.

Hi, im seriously not panicking.. and my sisters are getting worried about me that im so relaxed! Went bridesmaid shopping yesterday and oh my god it is so hard to choose a dress, colour.. every dress they put on was lovely.. think i have decided on the colour teal and a boobtube type dress with an a line skirt that is shorter in the front and slightly long at the back.. they are really nice.
thinking of making my mass booklets and invites but just cant get motivated.. once i know what colour the bridesmaids are sure ill choose the paper then and put my head down and get them done!
Went to Crover on Sunday for dinner and the food was gorgeous.. one of the managers was pretty ignorant which i was really annoyed by but hopefully she was having a bad day! The staff were all well dressed , clean and very friendly so the lunch was enjoyable..
Really looking forward to the day now!!!

hi countdown. have you block booked rooms in crover or are you letting everyone take care of their own accomodation. i am not sure what to do.

Hi I have block booked rooms for parents/ sisters/ bridesmaids + best men.. i have also booked rooms for the likes of my granny who wouldnt have a clue how to do it herself and a few aunts and uncles. i told the aunts and uncles to ring and give their credit card to guarantee the room but they were looking for 50% deposit.. which i wasnt happy about . i rang pauline and gave out about it. normally in other hotels you can just give cc details and pay on arrival but not there!! Anyway i had to guarantee those rooms too, but i know they are defo going. I wouldnt guarantee rooms for friends or anything like that. Let them organise it themselves. Guests can book the log cabin down on the lakeshore, which i think holds 10 people.

I booked Time out and they were 1300euro. last year they were 1100 so they seem to be going up 200e each year! I also went to see tempations , they were quite good but didnt get the crowd going too well. Time out for the extra 200 euro to me were worth it. They are a 7 piece band and were really really lively!

I had my reception at Crover House on the June Bank Holiday weekend and our guests are still talking about how brilliant it was. Truly amazing and it helped that it was the hottest day of the year
The staff, Management, rooms, food ballroom were excellent.
God i wish i was doing it all again
Anyway our photographer was Ruth Foran from Enfield in Meath and Band were Tempatations 3 piece band from Navan , they were excellent and will learn any songs they dont know for you, they had everyone out on the dancefloor from after the first dance and even got me and my hubby to go up and sing a song! it was hillarious!

Definately book Crover , our photo's are amazing
