That was very harsh just because you went in without an appointment. How can you expect good service just walking in like that? I have been there (with an appointment) and got great service, let me say service that I did not get anywhere else. Come on girl show some respect i agrre with that other girl Belladonna has to be the best Bridal shop I ever went to and loads of my friends went there too and by the way they have fab dresses. I got mine there

HI girls, I havent been dress shopping yet as i've quite a bit to go but i do know i will not be going to Tracey Bridal. My best friend got married last year & found 'the' dress at traceys. Had no problem initially & ordered her dress. When the dress arrived in she drove to Galway (over an hour) all excited to be trying on her dress agin but nothing prepared her for the reception she got. She hadnt brought the specific underwear with her that she'd be wearing on the day (as she had never got married before she didnt even think of this). Well the owner was as rude, gave out to her & would not let her try the dress on. My friend left the shop crying & had to arrange another babysitter so she could come up again the week later! Now it's not as if she wasnt wearing any underwear just not the ones she'd be wearing on the day so I don't see what the problem was. Surely good customer service means not making your customers cry!!!

God thats awful how was she supposed to know to bring the specific uderwear unless they told her too. If I was her I would have demanded that she allow me try on the dress after all it was her dress and she had paid for it ad she had just driven an hour. The lady in there is not the friendliest. The first time I went there I brought one of my BM's who was about eight months pregnant at the time and you should have seen the way she was looking down her nose at her and the next time we went back she had the baby with her and she was all over us so theres no winning.

went to a fab bridal shop in Carrick-on-Suir last wek called "The Bridal Academy" - first time looking and all was very exciting though VERY expensive!! Fell in love with a dress costing 4.5k - is that too expensive????
