Refund Policy

All goods and services are sold in accordance with The Consumer Protection Act. This regulation ensures that the consumer is given clear information about the goods and services the supplier is offering, is provided with an order confirmation via email and has a "cooling off" period of 7 working days - during which time the consumer may cancel the contract by notifying the supplier of their request to cancel in writing.

Goods ordered specifically to meet a consumers requirements are exempt from these regulations, i.e. Printed, Personlized Goods.

The consumer will also be responsible for the cost of returning any goods to us unless the goods prove to be faulty. WeddingsOnline.ie can arrange for the collection of goods at the customer's expense, alternatively the customer may choose to return the goods by their own means. WeddingsOnline.ie strongly recommend that you use some form of Recorded Delivery when sending returns as we cannot issue a refund for goods that do not reach us. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless the goods were faulty or we had delivered the goods to you in error.

To cancel this contract, please notify us in writing. A telephone call is not sufficient unless both you and WeddingsOnline.ie agree otherwise. You must take care of the goods whilst they are in your possession and ensure that you are able to package the relevant item(s) securely and make it available for collection by our chosen courier. Please also inform us of the reason for which the goods are no longer required.

You can always return goods if they are defective/faulty. You should inspect the goods as soon as you receive them for defects or damage.

We must be notified within 3 working days of any items received defective, damaged or if there is a shortfall in the quantity sent. Simply return the damaged goods and we will issue a replacement if available or if required by the customer a refund. Where goods are damaged or faulty, the cost of returning the goods will be reimbursed to the customer.
