The staff was so courteous and considerate and all of the guests remarked on the quality and generous portions of food. Particular attention was paid to me as I do not eat wheat or dairy and I was asked at each course if the food was all right for me and if I would like anything else. It was great � the Castle Oaks Hotel did a fantastic job: they had it decorated beautifully � thet had a harpist playing as everyone entered the hotel. It�s an old Georgian house so it has beautiful architecture and there�s a lovely atmosphere. The hotel staff were fantastic, the food was gorgeous. There was no hassle, there was no panic, and compared to the week leading up to it, it actually all went grand. It�s true what the say � on the day, it just flows.
