Qualifications
Regina Brennan currently holds over ten years of experience in both the Catering and Sugarcraft Industry. Adding to her repertoire Regina has recieved very high qualifications from both Killybegs and Galway Catering Colleges, excelling with overall Distinction with a Degree in Culinary Arts.
