In the words of a young Youtube legend: It's Friday, Friday, gotta get down on Friday.
And get down we shall. So to speak.
It's the month for wedding shows this October, and there are plenty going on this weekend. There are a few wedding band gigs this weekend too. We always say it but, going to see a band live is so important when it comes to choosing your music for your wedding. Often video or audio clips don't do the sound any justice, and are just to give you a little flavour of a band's style. So check out a few Wedding Band websites and find out when they're playing and make a night of it. Listen, dance and chat with the band after. You'll be all the better for it!
For our weekly round up of what's going on in the world of weddings, we'll start with dresses and shopping. 'Cause dresses are pretty and shopping is fun. (Not saying bands aren't pretty or fun!)

This Sunday Midnight Sounds play in the Louis Fitzgerald Hotel from 5-6pm, and Perfect Day Band play the Red Cow Inn from 9.30-10.30pm.
