Cutest Winter Wedding Photos

Some top winter wedding images that perfectly portray the absolute beauty of snow, fairy lights, furs, winter style and most importantly wedded bliss. Compiled by Amy Croffey.

Winter weddings are just too fabulous. The furs, the snow, the lights, the style, the mulled wine, the rain (if it’s Ireland), the crisp winter air, we could go on and on.

In the right winter elements, your winter wedding can seem terribly glamorous, cinematic and magical. These images help to sum up the reasons why winter nuptials are the right option for some brides and grooms.

We love real-life images and it can't get any more authentic than this picture taken by Shell De Mar Photography. It’s so kitsch, so whimsical, so ironic but still oh so very romantic.

On your wedding day you'll feel so blissfully happy it’s like walking around in your very own bubble, but life around you goes on as normal as seen here with this tongue-in-cheek image by Alison Conklin.

Fairy lights, whether they are draped around the two of you (watch out for shocks!) or glowing blissfully in the background, help to add a magical atmosphere to any wedding. Add a hot bride and groom to the mix and you have some very pretty winter wedding photos.

WOL WeddingShane O'Neill of Aspect Photography captured this amazing image of Ashley and Lee as they take their first stroll together as husband and wife. And what a nice stroll it was taking in the beautiful, snowy surroundings of Waterford Castle. Thank God Ashley had her chic ivory fur stole and Lee to keep her cosy and warm.

Tweed, tights, mix 'n match bridesmaid dresses, cardigans, vests, and flat caps, this perfectly styled wedding should help inspire all winterwedding couples. Image by Brookelyn Photography

Two more NYC weddings (WOL loves NY!). In one, a fun loving couple share a giggle, in the other the couple share a private moment as they relish in newly wedded bliss. The classic NYC surroundings serve as the perfect backdrop for what will always be one of the most loving and romantic days in these couple's lives.

Jeanita and Conor had a very intimate wedding in Central Park. It was just the two of them at the wedding - no friends, no family - but Corin Bishop managed to capture this special moment when it seemed like it was only the two of them in the whole of New York City!

WOLThis fairytale-like Australian couple help portray the sense of magic invoked by winter weddings by Jonas Peterson.

This image by Fionn McCann of Studio33 perfectly sums up an Irish winter wedding, complete with brolly, damp cobble stones and one very chic bride.
