Ice Cream Wedding Palette

It's the first week of summer, which means the first week of ice cream weddings! By Karen Birney

Well, it's officially the first week of summer and although some may think it naive and probably a little foolish, but I'm holding out hope for it to be the hottest summer on record! (You have to think like this when 90% of your friends have left the country, see?) Anyway, I'm ignoring the goose bumps on my forearms, and all the girls I saw in winter coats on their way to work this morning, and injecting a bit of sun into today's blog. And what does sun mean? Ice cream! This ice cream inspired wedding palette is a cute and whimsical muse for a high summer wedding. An old school ice cream van, vintage-style tea length dress, bowties and a whole heap of stripy goodness; what’s not to feel happy about?

Now I'm off to schedule a Bank Holiday Monday visit to Teddy's for my troubles...
