HI Girls

Hope you all had a good weekend.... I am going to pull my hair out.... I have narrowed my search for the band down to 3 but am afraid of making the wrong decision

any opinions on these bands would be most welcome so then i can tick another job of my list! :)

Hi B2BCORK

We are getting married in Cork in Aug we booked the Ian Hendrick band after seeing them play in the Maryborough House at a wedding.They have a great range of songs and have been very responsive to all our calls etc.
They will send you a DVD with them preforming so you can have a look at them..

I was at a wedding recently with the soul masters, they were brill but they only do modern music, ie, no waltzing for the older folks, they are great fun and really lively but not your traditional wedding. It just depends what you want really. Plus Soul Masters are expensive, I know my friend paid €2,200 for them.

the soulmasters played at a wedding i was at recently and i thought they were really good - very lively - the dancefloor was full all night.

Saw the Soulmasters at a wedding this year and they were excellent - the dancefloor was heaving all night!! Definitely wouldn't get bored of them.

I know that the dynamics are free for the date but I'm still waiting to hear if Ian Hendrick band are available(they are my first chice now!!) so I'll let you know th outcome

Im getting married in September in Cork and we are having the soulmasters. They are costing us 1900 euro. We were at a wedding about 2 years ago and the soulmasters played there. It was unreal. The floor was packed all night. o be honest it was a bit of a dull wedding but they really livened it up.

We went to hear them play at Barrys in douglas and they were brilliant. My friend - who got married in February- came along with me and booked them for her wedding in Offaly. It cost her 2500 euro for them incl travel expenses but was every penny.

I think they are amazing. Anyone I tell that Im having them for my wedding are well impressed. It never fails to get a 'wow'!! I think they are value for money as they are an 8 piece band and they put on a really good show.

I have heard the ian hendrick band are good also. Someone told me that he actually started out with the soulmasters years ago and they were known as Ian Hendrick and the soulmasters?? Ive never heard of the other band your thinking about., sorry!!

hi girls, just had a quick look at the ian hendrick website and i'm afraid to say that i think they were the ones who played my cousins wedding last june. I didn't rate them highly at all - i might be wrong and i will check with her tonight and confirm tomorrow - but from the pics on the website i really do think it's them -

i know there were a lot of disappointed people at my cousins wedding, the band just might have been having a bad night...
