HI GIRLS, JUST WONDERING IF ANY OF YOU ARE HAVING RED CARPET IN THE AISLE OF THE CHURCH AND HOW MUCH IS IT AND WHERE DO YOU GET IT FROM?

We're not "allowed" have one. The priest didn't mind, but the sacristan kicked up over it, and she couldn't think of one good reason why we couldn't have it. Would you believe she said that with the carpet the doors or the church would have to be left open, and that the heat would go out of the church......in the middle of JULY???!!!!! :?

THATS BLOODY RIDICULOUSE, MAYBE HER NOSE WAS KNOCKED OUT OF JOINT OR SOMETHING, STILL NOT SURE WHETHER TO GET IT OR NOT OR IS IT JUST AN ADDED COST

we're not having one. I love the tiles on the floor of our church & wouldn't dream of covering them up!

I think it looks nice in the photos, especially if the floor isn't so good in the church.

We are getting one free from a friend who owns a carpet shop but only using it at the front door of the church to cover up a ''cattle grid'' effort of a thing at the door ! and besides the altar has red carpet on it anyway and the tiles are fine so dont need it only in the front doorway !
