I must say I do agree with him! are you delaying your meal until after the rugby? we are.

No we're not delaying our meal, not many hardcore rugby fans coming to the wedding and most of them want to watch the champions league final so if I delay dinner we will still be eating during the football. Turns out my H2B has a cup final match the same day as the wedding now aswel!! They will be missing half the team now!

Congrats to all you May wives :o)ll :o)ll

Loved the day! It was the best day of our lives (so far) and I was so calm (surprisingly) so was able to properly enjoy and take everything in.
Even with guest list hassles, a lot of declines and a few no shows it was the best day EVER!!!

To the rest of you lovely May brides - enjoy every second of it and don't sweat the small stuff x

I'm glad you had a brilliant day there's no point stressing over things you can't help. Enjoy the honeymoon :o)ll

I've been checking the 3 week weather forecast the weather seems to improve the day after my wedding typical!!

Oh no Ginger Power! Deep breaths! :action32 It'll be ok!
Suggestions:
1. Forget the table names just do 1,2,3,4.....nothing wrong with it!
2. Tell the people who are stalling that you already told the hotel your final numbers so can they please just come! :-8
3. Bathroom baskets - surely this isn't too much hassle - just get the bare minimum and dolly them up with a few artificial flowers :thnk
4. Have a bid ol' glass of wine and a bath before bed :zzzz:

haha we are the opposite and have way more rugby fans so delaying dinner until after the rugby and they are missing the champion's league!

oh Ginger that is soooooooooooooo annoyin when you thought you had finalised your numbers, do people not understand it's not a flipping birthday party and they can't just keep changing their minds on a whim O:| O:| O:| like sort your annual leave and babysitting arrangements before accepting, you bloody well had long enough!!!!!!!!!!
if you are stuck for entrance songs pm me your email address and i can send out on the detailed list my hotel sent me with entrance songs.
as mustang sally said keep the bathroom baskets simple and don't worry about them.

on the table names I have really had it up to here on them and am about two minutes from just going with 1,2,3 etc O:| O:| O:|

sorry I missed the fact that umbrellastand was getting married today, wasn't expecting to see a monday wedding so hope you had an amazing day missus!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My final fitting is tomorrow night and my shoes have not arrived in the post. I am hoping and praying that they come tomorrow.

I am still waiting on one bridesmaid dress to arrive, along with some extra dress fabric for alterations to another two dresses. Really worrying about this now but the shop assures me the parcel is on the way.

It's getting very late at this stage!!

ginger power- that is super annoying. It's not like you've sprung it on them, they have had plenty of time to organise themselves :(

mustang sally / morningsun - I agree, there's nothing wrong with 1, 2, 3!

Girls my MOH was looking at my mass booklets yesterday and on the back page I have a list of everyone taking part in the ceremony...and I've put the priests surname down twice!! It says Fr. Mackey Mackey!!

I laughed my head off when I seen it, just typical :o0 but now I dunno if I should just leave it or re-do 65 mass booklets!!! What do you think?

Hi Ladies
Hope ye are all enjoying final preparations. Finishing work tom.All thats left to do is some serious beautifying, ..Only 5 declined out of 100 rate which is very low from what I have read here.!!biggest stress of all was the seating plan.
Cant believe the end of all the wedding planning is nigh. Am already mourning my need for bridal mags and blogs.

mrs2012 5% is definitely a very low refusal rate compared with most of us on this thread anyways!!

girls I usually post moaning about something so need to put this out here when something good happened!! i was away all evening visiting a friend and when I got home this evening, my OH had the majority of the work done for the table plans so I only need to put the finishing touches to them!! I posted last night saying I was just gonna do 1,2,3 etc cos I had enough so it was so nice to come home and have them mostly done, fair play to him :lvs :lvs :lvs

collected my dress today, my friend made me a veil, she did such an amazing job, might post a sneaky picture tomorrow. i left it up to her to do what she wanted and didn't even give any indication what i wanted so it was a lovely surprise, its fab :lvs
