I hope I havent duplicated any other topic here but are there any other August 2012 brides out there and where are you at with the planning?

Im the 30th and have venue, church, church singer, band and photographer but nothing else done as of yet

Hi Ladies, I'm August Bank Holiday Weekend and so far I have Church, Reception, Band, Church Musician's booked!!! Going Dress Shopping tomorrow for the 1st time so I'm mega excited!!! I love all this planning, best of luck with yours O-O

Hi ladies, we are the august bank holiday too

So far we have the church, hotel, band, my dress, photographer and half the invitations done, I have the booklets saved on my PC ready to print, Its so exciting :o)ll

hi girls! Im 24th aug 2012. i have hotel, church, band, photographer and dj sorted. Dress shopping next on the list. but I thought I should wait until sept to make sure all the 2012 collections were in store! Has anyone found their dress yet? :-8

Whoop! Im the bank holiday too! Got church, hotel, band, church singer, photographer, videographer, bridesmaid dresses picked out (but not ordered!) candy buffet jars bought and car sorted!!!

Sooooo much to do in the d.i.y end of things tho- ARRRGGHHHHHH!!!!

Hey All,

I'm the 25th August - cannot wait for it - it's starting to fly around!! :o)ll

I have church, hotel, videographer, church singer, band/dj, drinks reception music , hair and make-up and some jars bought for candy buffet!! Haven't even thought about dress shopping need to loose a few lbs before I'm bridal ready!!!

Hope all your plans are going well girls - feel free to share ideas etc

This is my first post!! My wedding is the bank holiday too!! Saturday August 4th and I have yet to go dress shopping, thought I had plenty of time but after seeing some of yeer comments, maybe I dont!lol! The church, venue, music is & photographer are booked so not doing too badly. Anyone else getting married in Kerry?

I'm August 11th..... We have the venue, church and priest booked.... We are based in London so trying to organise it all from here with as few trips back as possible!

Done one day of dress shopping with a friend...so exciting! :wv

Hi there!

3rd August 2012 here! Have church, reception, photographer, video, hair and maybe make up booked. Going to see a band next weekend but kinda panicking about the band as the first 5 we tried were booked! Bank hol is obvs v popular I suppose.
Found one dress I really like but I really want to shift half a stone before trying anymore, I just find it a bit disheartening at the moment :o(

Exciting times though!

Beau I've finally got a date twin!! :wv

We have loads of time yet but as it approaches the year mark its scary!
Must get church music sorted as soon as band is done and then I'm going to take a little break (apart from dress shopping) I'm going to make cake and invitations, we will use H2B's car, a friend is doing table plan and other graphic design bits and I'm not even thinking about flowers yet! BM colour kinda picked so will leave it to them to decide on what style before we go looking.

Lettie28 welcome! I'm getting married in Kerry too! In Dingle, where abouts are you?
