Hoping to do flowers myself

Starting to look at honeymoons at the min nice planning sunshine hol with weather outside!

starting to collect jars for candy buffet

decied on South America for our honeymoon going to decided on places and book in a few weeks - we are going away for a week so no wedding planning for a little while.
Haven't booked but know who we want for flowers, cake, hair and make up.
Hope to have everything sorted in the next month or so. Debating about getting a videographer or not. I've a really good camera that records in hd so might just get a friend to record a few things like walking up the aisle, our vows, speeches and first dance. That's all I really want to see. H2b doesn't want one and it would put a dent in the budget if we got one.

Rings will also be made by a family member who made my engagement ring
Have the lads suits picked but thats it

I feel we have so much done but im delighted to have things booked, some people think im mad but im a super organised person anyway!!!

I started collecting jars for my candy buffet, got two today after work. It's nice to get a few bits and pieces as you go along doesn't feel like your spending as much then!

I made an appointment to register our wedding today so that's some of the legal stuff sorted. Can't do the church stuff until six months before the wedding. I booked our cake tasting, we know we are going to get the cake from them but they don't know yet and I can't wait to taste their samples. I had some at a wedding fayre and they were to die for. I've also started doing my rsvp's got lots of card and ribbons at the weekend. I have the actual invites themselves but want to get them printed closer to the time as we might change the ceremony time.
