Thanks ladies - just so nervous about going for it.....bought a dress a couple of months ago but it just didn't give me the wow factor. Tried this one on today and just love it - only problem is its oyster coloured. Would oyster go with ivory roses, a lavender bridesmaid dress and ivory flower girl?!!! Aaaahhh - it sounds like way too much going on!!!! Panicking again now!!

love oyster as a colour! when trying on dresses i tried an oyster coloured one & was wondering the same thing as yourself regarding the BM dresses. the shop brought over a few different colour BM dresses to hold up against it. it turns out that the sort of colours you see going through mother of pearl go really well with it, so muted pinks, purples, greens & greys all go really well ! So lavender sounds like it would work very well! for flowers you could go with ivory, though i think some soft pinks, purples or peach tones & silvery coloured foliage would look really gorgeous!
