Bridal Shops near Athlone

Hi,
Im wondering if anyone could recommend bridal shops in athlone or near there. I think thats going to be my next stop! ;) kadee looks good, anywhere else. Thanks

there is the bridal outlet on the main st..it is about a menswear shop. they also have a bigger store in Baldoyle Dublin

The White Room in Mullingar isnt too far away. I did it and Kadee the same day.

Don't go to Kadee if you are sized above 14!!!They won't cater for you. Otherwise they have some lovely dresses for smaller sizes.

Thanks a mill for all the recommendations! Im now going to try the outlet on main st, kadee and the white room on one day and make a 2nd trip to ballinasloe another day. There is also supposed to be a bridal shop in tuam, called thistles? might give that a try aswel the 2nd day as its close to ballinasloe and hopefully that will be it!! thanks again guys

Thistles in Tuam is meant to be great, my friend had a good experience there. I know Kadee dont always get great feedback but I found them good. The lady that was helping me was very quiet but that was fine with me! Dresses were filthy though but as long as you arent buying the sample they are good.

I went to Kadee and The Bridal Outlet, found both very friendly and helpful, ended up finding a dress in the Bridal Outlet in a 10 and they had the 12 in their Dublin shop so I tried it and ordered it there. Have heard great things about Duane Bridal, Angela is lovely and meant to be very helpful.

there is a very good bridal shop in castlerea dinagh modes, two of my friends brought there dresses there,

I got my dress in Carrick on shannon in Alice Ann bridal shop, found her very good
both shops will be total straight with you

I went to both Dinagh Modes (Castlerea) and Kadee Bridal (Athlone) at the weekend........I wouldn’t even waste your time going to Kadee Bridal. I am so glad I went to Dinagh Modes first otherwise I would have been put off wedding dress shopping forever more!

Pamela in Dinagh Mode is AMAZING.....she knows exactly what she is talking about and puts you in dresses that suit your figure/coloring. She makes all her own alterations to the dresses and is also a dressmaker in case you can't find your exact dress. I could not recommend here enough. This was my first weekend dress shopping but I know I will get my dress from Pamela as I trust her 150%. She even made recommendations for bridesmaid dress colors depending on which style/color dress I had on me. Such a pro :compress

I had to carry my own dresses into the changing room in Kadee and every single dress I tried on the assistant said looked great....what a lie! Myself and the girls had just picked a couple of mad ones just to try them on and they were awful. I had to ask the assistant to help me get into the dresses as she stood outside the dressing room O:|

Also, the dresses were filthy.....you'd think they would take better care of their dresses.........
