Clonabreany 2013?

Hi, I'm new to the forum. We went to see Clonabreany house and both fell in love with it. We're seriously thinking of booking it. My H2B is very interested in planning the wedding together but every time we went to see a venue he would seem extremely disinterested and just didn't feel it was for him. That was until we went to Clonabreany we weren't even half way round looking at it and he turned and said this is it!
We love the set up of the place but we're wondering how did people work out cottages? How did remaining guests in local accommodation work out?
They say you can work out your own menu, how did this work out for people, did it end up any cheaper?
We're thinking of doing 2 nights but we're wondering how this will all work out with people staying on, do all the cottages need to be kept for the second night?
Of course I can talk with the venue about this but would love to hear feedback from any real brides or grooms who have had their wedding there or planning to!
Sorry for all the questions we're very excited and now feel that we are so close to getting a date for our wedding.
