Red wedding car!

So we have finally found a wedding car we both agree on!
A stunning red Bentley with heffernan cars....
However.. I'm not having red as my colour! We havent gone bridesmaid dress shopping yet, i was thinking
about a lemon or something similar but will this not
totally clash with the car for photos?
Does your wedding car have to match your colour theme??
Help!

Sounds great to me !!!
Actually I wouldn't go too matchy matchy with everything in the wedding. I think if you had a red theme and a red car and red bm dresses etc it would all be a bit OTT ifkwim.
In fact lemon/yellow theme and a red car sounds lovely !!!

That's what the h2b says too, I just think it might look a bit odd! Will keep an open mind until we get the BM dresses I think...

Car sounds great, I agree with mymission that too much matching can be OTT. Our wedding car was red and our BM's were Brown and Coral. There is actually very little pictures of the BM's and the wedding car as they were in their own car!

Ya I wouldnt go for a red car with red bridesmaids but I think it would be lovely and bright with any other colour!

Sound's great Mrssmyth2b! I am getting a mint green VW camper van for myself and hubby ( or as i call it a scooby doo van!) It is beyond cool :) :)

Totally agree that you should choose a car colour thats different....go with what you love, Id go demented trying to co-ordinate all colours! :eek

thanks wollies, i feel a lot better now - was never going to go for red bridesmaids, was thinking a lemon colour, but thought the car might look a bit odd with a pastel colour... the BMs wont be in that many pics with the car anyway..
