Both menu's sound lovely.

The only thing i'd say for nuggienuggs is that I dont eat fish and hate mushrooms so I wouldnt touch either of the starters and although all the desserts sound amazing, i'd prefer to have full portions rather than the trio thing

In saying that i'd be delighted with either menu!

Ah deadly - sounds like a fab menu!

I am undecided whether I would go for the Vol U Vent or the Caesar Salad - choices choices!

Your menu sounds delish! You will have very happy guests!

Both sound lovely.

Do you need the soup though in the first one? Starter, main and dessert is normally enough to fill anyone and most hotels offer seconds on the mains so if the very hungry are still not full then they could have that?
Is it included in the price or could you get rid of it?

Sounds great - i have never heard of a saffron sauce with salmon - have had it with white fish and that was nice - but don't know with salmon! Anyways, there is always beef!!

I think salmon is better than chicken and mushrooms, the salmon is always the popular choice.
and your menu is great!
