Was thinking a layer of choc biscuit cake, brandy/baileys and coffee cake.....hmmmm starving now

i am having chocolate biscuit cake/carrot cake/madeira and then the small tier is fruit! yummy!!!

We are having a 4 tier cake and the 2 bottom tiers will be choc biscuit, then having chocolate fudge, then top tier sponge. We were going to have traditional tier with fruit cake but then tasted the choc fudge and were trying to decide if we should change one of the choc biscuit tiers to this & our cake maker told us that its becoming less common to have it now so decided to leave it out.
