Dessert sounds fab :lvs
Not mad on Vol au Vents- find them very heavy, prefer something lighter.
I don't eat red meat and not a massive fan of chicken but love fish and would be disappointed if I went to a wedding and there was no fish choice.

I think I'm a rather fussy eater now though :-8

Yea know what you mean about the fish. We had the fish v's meat debate and our crowd are full on meat eaters :o0 so the fish turned into the silent option if no one wants chicken or steak.

I always thought the vol au vents would be far too heavy also. But they are FAB.. not really your traditional ones IYKWIM

+1.. Wouldn't be keen on Vol au vents and agree I would prefer a Fish option but you know your crowd best.

Can honestly say that I would love to see that menu at a wedding. i would every single thing and I am fussy e.g. hate fish, lamb etc...
