Frozen fish pie - How to cook???

Hi ladies,

I am going to put together a fish pie but using frozen fish and veg. Just wondering do I cook the filling first then throw on sauce and cooked potato and then in the oven.

Or could I just put all the frozen stuff in the dish with sauce and Cooked potato and let it defrost while cooking.

Ive a feeling this is a really stupid question due to defrosting issues but no harm in asking :-8 :-8

To be on safe side I would defrost fish first then prepare sauce and cook it in oven then. What recipe are you using? Trying to figure out what the cooking method is! Hope this helps!

Ah thanks for replying. It's just a made up recipie in the end I cooked everything up then put it together and baked for ten mins.
