Love it. Right up my alley. The only thing I'm unsure about is the green parmesan in the fish course. I've never heard of it. But really, I would be delighted to see this on a wedding menu. In fact any menu!

I am an extremely fussy eater (hate fish, lamb etc. etc) but I LOVE your menu. Absolutely fabulous!!!!

yeah it was a toss-up between ham&mushroom vol au vents and the caesar salad for starters, we want with the salad cos its a summer wedding and their portions are a decent size so we didn't want people to be too full when they got to the mains! :o0

I think the admin or the person who creates this post has deleted the menu on the 22nd of March.The menu is no longer visible so no suggestion possible for the time being on this thread...
I think he needs to repost the thread(post) in order to get more view on it.
