Wedding Macroons

Hi everyone.
Just wondering if anyone knows of a good macroon supplier / baker in Dublin or around the general area ?

We are considering a macroon tower at our reception but would like to find one other than Laudree in Brown Thomas.
Any suggestions are very welcome.

not sure if this is any use at all but the Continental Market was on in Naas over the weekend and there was a guy there who had a stall, he claimed to have the best Macaroons in the world. He made them there and then. Now I'm not a Macaroon expert but I have had my fair share :-8 and they were pretty amazing!

but I have no idea how you would go about contacting him? sorry!

actually now that I've written that I realise that I'm absolutely no help at all! :o0

Atelier du Cocoa or Cocoa Atelier (can never quite get the name right) do great macaroons, just beside Georges St Arcade in Dublin City Centre. A lot cheaper than laduree as well. Or Chez Max have them as well, they're a bit bigger & clunkier looking but still nice :)
