turkey and ham

Hi girls,
Just looking for some feedback .
What do u think of turkey and ham, or salmon as two choices for a main ?
Wedding is in May ? ?

I think that those 2 choices are lovely. Everyone should be happy with one or other of them.

I wonder would a chicken or beef dish b better than turkey and ham ?
I personally love that any time of year but just not sure for wedding menu in may.
Also said it to a family member and didnt get a great response . Do u think it seems cheap ?

oh i didnt mean i would think it was cheap, something like that wouldnt really cross my mind unless i was given beans on toast or soemthing! i like turkey and ham just wouldnt really eat it in spring! if you like it though go for it....i dont know anyone that doesnt like turkey and ham to be honest.

Personally I'd be delighted to get turkey & ham in May. It's still ages away till Christmas so all the Turkey and Ham fans will get an early fix :o0

I would be delighted if Turkey and Ham was on the menu - I wouldn't care what guests thought, if they liked it or if they thought it was too christmassy... Its your wedding and you do what you want. I hate how some guests think they have the right to critise everything about a wedding day, e.g the choices made of different stuff, if it wasn't their taste.

This happened at the last wedding I was at, a girl at our table was critising the menu, the room, how they hadn't paid for seat covers, calling them cheap - I couldn't listen to her anymore, so I kindly asked her to stop critising their choices, their day.
