Menu for Spanish Wedding

Hi guys..can you let me know what you think of our menu

Paella/ Salad for Starters

Shoulder of Lamb or hake for Mains.

And Chocolate Mousse for dessert.

Also, we will have to say how many of each we want before the wedding, is it a big deal to put choices on the RSVP Cards?

Sounds lovely, I'm friggin starvin now!!!

We got married in Altea in May and we put the choice on our invites and on our wedding website, it wasn't a problem at all and it was such a smooth run operation on the day too!

Thanks!! Suppose it actually makes for better food..hotel said there is no way they would precook any of their food.
