Spit/Hog Roast/Pig Recommended Caterer

Hi there,

I would love to hear if anyone had any recommendations for a caterer to do a pig on a spit bbq and all the trimmings. There seems to loads out there but a recommendation (or any criticisms) might sort the good from the rest.

I used PigSpit.ie recently. Tom Redmond is the owner. It was for a party for my parents at their house. We only ordered the pig and did the rest of the food ourselves. The pig was amazing and all the guests were very impressed. It came with bread baps and a choice of sauces, all were very fresh and tasty. The guys cooking the food were very nice and helpful throughout the day and wore chef jackets when serving the food. I was very impressed with them and have recommended them to a friend for her wedding party. Yo should check them out.
