How Much White V Red Wine???

Ladies, can anyone advise please, we're ordering our wine tomorrow and was just going to do 50/50 but himself now reckons 60/40 with more white than red.. Dinner is beef or salmon and wedding is in October.

We had 50-50 wine drunk on the day. But we knew a LOT of our friends and family prefer red so it was quite easy to decide. Can you do sale or return? We told our venue to do the first pour and then judge how many bottles to open for the second, then depending on the table they left two bottles of white to one red etc, we only paid for what we used that way.

Our venue advised 50/50, the wine was part of the package so not sure how much was drank on the day but they said the standard would be to provide 50/50

Thanks for those ladies, we went with 50/50 , no Lux im afraid we can't bring it back so i suppose we'll just have drink whatever isn't used ourselves :o0 :o0
