I found it easily:) Here is one Irish Coddle for you:)

And here is recipe from that site:

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking TIme: 30 minutes
Level of Difficulty: Easy
Servings: 6

Ingredients

* 9 large peeled potatoes
* 6 rashers bacon
* 500g sausages, (kearns sausages preferably)
* 500g onions, sliced
* salt and pepper
* ¼ litre water

Method

1. Put the bacon, the potatoes, the sausages and the onions into a saucepan.
2. Season, and add the water.
3. Lay greaseproof paper on top.
4. Cover with a tight lid and simmer gently for 30 minutes
