living in waterford getting married in cork in aug 2012- need help with the cake as need a tier/ part of it gluten free- any suggestions!!!

I would suggest u get gluten free cake an have it in the kitchen for the hotel to cut up seperate to ur wedding cake, unless its for urself or hubbie to be an you want it for the actual wedding cake, then i would suggest u go to a good bakery that does gluten free products and see what they can do for u

You could check out Sweet Creations, she has lots of unusual ideas and is based near Baltinglass, only about 30 minutes from Carlow. Makes amazing cakes including gluten free, :thnk and also does flowers, favours and stationery, and she does package deals. http://www.sweetcreationsireland.com
