Just wondering if anyone had a croque en bouche for their wedding cake? (pyramid tower of profiteroles) And if so, is it possible to put a little cake topper of a bride and grrom somewhere on it or best just leave it as it is?

Croque en Bouche
Just wondering if anyone had a croque en bouche for their wedding cake? (pyramid tower of profiteroles) And if so, is it possible to put a little cake topper of a bride and grrom somewhere on it or best just leave it as it is? Thanks

I’ve been at 2 wedding's that have had them and they looked divine, they are slightly different to profiteroles, there is no way you could put a cake topper on them.
The problem at both weddings I was at was that they were left in the warm room all day, and they were gone off by the time guests started eating them, cos they were at room temperature from 5-10ish!! So my advice would be get them put in the fridge and get the cake wheeled out for the photos and the put back in the fridge cos otherwise it might spoil!
