Wedding Cake Icing

Hi All

Does anyone know where i could get a wedding caked iced for cheap in cork? My dad is making the wedding cake but i would need someone to ice it.

You Dad should give it a go himself, if he really doesn't want to then the cheapest place is probably a bakery where they are doing lots of cakes so are buying in bulk. Some might not want to do it as there can be an insurance issue if anything were to go wrong with the cake, they wouldn't have made it so hard to know where to lay the blame. You would be better off trying to find some friend or family member who would be willing to do it. If you get a professional cake decorator to do it then there is not much of a saving as the main cost of a wedding cake is in the time and skill spent decorating it.
