How much Fizz?

Hi there,

We're having fizz for the arrival drinks reception and then for the toasts for 130 people.

I was thinking 2 drinks on arrival and 1 for toasts. At 6 glasses per bottle this comes to around 66 bottles. Is that mad?

Anyone doing the same thing and how much are you buying?

We will be doing such things but suggestions from me

1/2 bottle wine per person for meal
1- 2 glasses on arrival
1 glass for toast

as a rough guide

and you are right, its a lot of booze!!

You can actually get 8 glasses out of a bottle, we ended up bring a case home

We are going to have a fruit/wine/punch stuff for the arrival plus tea and coffee.....then during the meal a glass of wine with a top up....and then a glass of champagne for the toast....
