Veggie Option - Your Votes Please!

Hi ladies.......and the few gentlemen who seem to pop in from time to time!

Trying to decide on veggie option for the meal. Choice between veg strogonoff, lasagne or pasta. I'm veering towards the strogonoff (but maybe it's a funny choice for a summer wedding.....even if it is Ireland) cos there's nothing as bad as over-cooked pasta or a dry lasagne. I haven't sampled the proposed dishes so maybe that's what I should do but I just wanted to hear any comments.....particularly from the vegetarians out there.

I'd prefer stroganoff - it's a bit of a change. Also I don't think it would be too heavy for Summer - especially as there's no meat in it.

Appreciate your feedback. I think the strogonoff sounds the tastiest too so we'll go with that.
