Hi all,
We picked our menus on sunday and here it is:

Chicken and mushrrom vol ve vont(sp)
Potato and Leek soup
Sirloin of Beef with peppercorn and cognac sauce OR
Poached darn of Salmon with white wine& mushroom sauce
Melody of desserts

What do you think?
