Our wedding prep started on the Saturday 17 when my beautician came to do nails and waxing , my sister and her partner also came to visit and help us pack and my cousin called in with some fab gifts.... was a busy house with guests calling so not much got done as they were planned! later that evening I got my DD to try on her bridesmaid dress.....
.... the zip broke 7pm on a Saturday evening (we fly early next day).......... PANIC ..... 
.I rang my dad and he said the neighbour does a bit of dress making try her.... she was a super star, but had no zip to fix it so we came up with a plan that I leave it with her and she send it with my sis who was flying on the Monday afternoon. panic and stress that it would not be there was unreal.after the stress of that we had a chinese and opened a bottle of fizzy or 2 while packing late into the night.Sunday 18th
Sunday was a nice enough relaxed day we were picked up for airport about 11am by a bus my dad had organised, Myself the wife and our 2 kids ,2 sisters 4 nieces and nephews, my brother and his gf and my dad and his partner flew on the lunchtime flight to Edingburgh. We arrived in Edinburgh got to our hotel dropped bags went for a game of Qzar (GGGRRREAT fun) and met 2 friends and went out for dinner and then for a few drinks to catch up with our friends.
Monday 19th
On Monday we all got up and went to breakfast together, were joined by another brother and his DW & DS who had flown in with about 30+ more guests on the early flight....After breakfast I took my dad son nephew and brother down to try there kilts in case any last min alterations needed doing... took a while!. Whilst in the kilt shop I got a call from the relations asking how long I would be they wanted keys to there apartments (about 10am) I told them about 30 mins they said fine they would finish there beer
..... Que the mayhem 
.... I rang to let them know I was nearly done and would be there in 5 mins to be told they all went and got keys to apartments and just picked one 
(sorting apartments for 60 people is no easy chore) to say I had a hissy fit is an understatement 
. My sister (chief BM) went to fix apartments while I finished packing and transfered all stuff from hotel to apartments (5 min walk away). Get there to find the diva sister has struck again and is not happy with who she is sharing with! bit off a shuffle again and all is sorted. rest of that day was kinda up in the air until we got the chance to meet and great all guest then chiled with another chinese and a drink before hitting the hay about 11pmTuesday Wedding Day !!!!!!!!
Woke up about 6/7 had the most relaxing morning as I had a house ban I did not want any guests visiting and passing threw unless they were wedding party . Me my dad his partner CBM my DD, FG and my nephew who was usher and my DS passed threw & hairdresser and the diva sister were all that were let in the door, and my bro who only landed late monday night managed to get by security lol.
dad made a lovely breakfast, did not eat a whole lot but it was lovely, and people fluttered about doing there thing , hairdresser came in to do hair for all I was last so watch Jeremy.... then as he finishes FG diva sister sits down for her hair done by hairdresser ! ......
well Que the diva in me all i was short of doing was B*tch slapping her out of the seat.... she got a mouthful about had she been in her correct apartment she would not be here I did not want anyone in My apartment that morning! 
.. she packed her stuff and went to another apartment as she as suppose to and i got my hair done then got called for make up which was being done in a different apartment. At this stage guests had got on the bus and left for the 30 min trip to venue and one limo had arrived which my DW and her parents and Bm had taken with DS .... still waiting on one .... no sign of the other so we rang up to be told he was not coming so we arrived in a taxi 1hr late!
The day went absolutely fab from the min we got there beautiful ceremony (I cried my eyes out coming in) to the bagpiper I had a song by adele picked but they could not get Ipod to go so bagpipes did . My nephew was to play chasing cars on guitar for us while signing but guitar broke on bus
so again bagpopes did . After ceremony our guests had a drink and canapes while we had pics done. The weather as fine in the first part of the day except for a lot of wind but it was sunny and pics were fab.About 4.30 dinner was served.... YUM .... we had our first dance cut the cake and had an absolutely amazing night.... e did not sit down once..... we had taught mingle say hello to everyone and then settle with friends but we were just loving it so much we spent the night mingling and dancing with everyone......... We had our last dance seen our guests to the bus went to our room were there was champayne chocolate strawberrys and the sort we also took a bottle of wine a guest had got us for our room
.Monday 21st
We woke up really early to go for a walk only to find it lashing so we took in the beautiful views from our window then we had a champayne breakfast and were picked up by our friends and took back to apartments to our guests. we chilled for most of the day just catching up with guests and eating cake and left over sweets from candy buffet. That evening we gathered in dads apartment for dinner then went to another apartment for drinks with family , really realy good night laughed sooooo much.Went back Packed our stuff to fly next day and went bed.
Tuesday 22nd, go home day
We woke up finished packing seen our British guests off before dropping keys back and taking coach to airport
But we had the most amazing time and I wanna do it all again
